Whisk together all of the eggs with salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. In a pan, heat the oil and cook four shami fillets with a coat of eggs. Fry on both sides over medium heat until done.
Make omelets using the remaining eggs. Mix in the grated onion and cabbage to the mayo garlic dip. Heat the inner and exterior sides of all of the buns in a pan with a little oil. Spread ketchup equally on the interior edges of both bread halves. Place a shami fillet on a bread piece, then top with the mayo garlic dip. Then top with an omelet and the tamarind sauce. On the other piece, arrange tomato and cucumber slices with a sprinkling of salt and black pepper, then top with spicy sauce. Put this bun piece on top of the one before it. To create this delectable meal, place the fish in a food processor and pulse it until it is finely minced. Combine the fish, egg, egg white, breadcrumbs, garlic cloves, pepper, salt, basil, mustard, paprika, and onion powder in a medium mixing bowl. Blend the entire contents until fully combined. Refrigerate the fish and egg mixture for 10 to 15 minutes to allow it to settle. Shape the fish-egg mixture into thick patties.
Remove the fish and egg mixture after 15 minutes.Form thick patties from the fish mixture using oil-greased hands. Set them aside for a moment. Fry the fish patties in a pan over medium heat.
In the meantime, heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. When the oil is heated, gently insert the fish patties into it and shallow fry them. To prepare the sauce, combine the mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce, honey, and cayenne pepper in a mixing bowl. Set aside.

To prepare your own Spicy Lamb Burger, heat roughly 3 tsp of oil in a skillet. Cook for a minute after adding red peppers.
At the same time, take a bowl and break the eggs into it, then gently beat them. Add the minced lamb, garam masala, tomato ketchup, and eggs when the red peppers are cooked. Cook for about 1-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Then, in a basin, combine this mixture. Form burger patties using this mixture. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Fry the patties in a pan until they are crispy and golden brown. Don’t forget to do this on both sides of the patty.

Take the burger buns and cut them in half. Put the chopped cucumber, tomato, and mint leaves on one. Place the patties on top of the bun. After that, add the cheese slice. Your Spicy Lamb Burger is complete.
10. Veggie Burger Meal
Preheat the oven to 440°F. To make cleanup easier, line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the sweet potatoes lengthwise through the centre to roast. Place the sweet potatoes, cut side down, on the prepared baking sheet. 35–40 minutes, or until a moderate squeeze provides a soft result. Set aside for the time being.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the quinoa and water. Over medium-high heat, bring the mixture to a boil, then lower to a simmer as needed. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, uncovered, or until all of the water has been absorbed.
Remove from the heat, cover, and set aside for 16 minutes to allow the quinoa to steam.
When the sweet potatoes are cool enough to handle, take off and discard the skin before coarsely slicing the insides. Combine the sweet potatoes and quinoa, beans, onion, cilantro, garlic, sauce, cumin, chilli powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl or the bowl of an electric mixer. To fully combine the ingredients, use a potato masher, pastry cutter, big spoon, or the paddle attachment of your mixer. It’s fine if the black beans smush throughout the cooking procedure.
Sprinkle the oats over the mixture and stir with a big spoon until it resembles a patty. If you aren’t going to make the burgers right immediately, cover and chill the mixture.
When ready to cook, shape the burgers as follows: A measuring cup should be used to measure out 10 cups of the mixture. Form it into a patty with a diameter of 3 12 to 4 inches. With your hands, gently flatten the burgers, flattening any rough edges. Repeat with the remaining patties until you have a total of eight.
If baking the burgers, liberally coat both sides of each patty with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving a few inches between each one. Bake for 35 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the patties are golden brown on the outside.
Arrange the burgers any way you choose. Burgers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days. Alternatively, you may freeze them for up to 3 months in a freezer bag.
