Half Pounder Cheese Burger Recipe

  1. Cut out two circles of the bun, one for the lid and one for the base, using an 11cm pastry cutter. Save the leftovers for another dish, as mentioned above.
  2. Combine the two quarter-pounder burgers to produce one half-pound burger.
  3. Spray both sides of the burger with oil and grill for 5 minutes on each side. Add the cheese slice, cover with a heat-resistant dish, and set aside for another minute to melt.
  4. While the burger is cooking, combine the two sauces and distribute them on the lid. Arrange your burger and salad as desired after cooked. Serve right away.
