Half Pounder Cheese Burger Recipe
- Cut out two circles of the bun, one for the lid and one for the base, using an 11cm pastry cutter. Save the leftovers for another dish, as mentioned above.
- Combine the two quarter-pounder burgers to produce one half-pound burger.
- Spray both sides of the burger with oil and grill for 5 minutes on each side. Add the cheese slice, cover with a heat-resistant dish, and set aside for another minute to melt.
- While the burger is cooking, combine the two sauces and distribute them on the lid. Arrange your burger and salad as desired after cooked. Serve right away.
