Ingredients for paneer tikka wrap recipe
- Cut Paneer into cubes
- Yogurt
- Minced garlic
- Minced ginger
- Chopped red bell pepper
- Green bell pepper
- Red onion
- Coriander powder
- Cumin powder
- Red chilli powder
- Turmeric powder
- Oil
- Melted butter salt
- Lemon juice, chaat masala powder
- Cilantro, chopped
Cilantro-Mint Chutney:
- In a blender or food processor, combine the following ingredients:
- 2 cups washed and chopped cilantro
- Coarsely chopped mint leaves
- Garlic cloves
- Peeled ginger
- Cumin seeds
- Green chilies
- Salt and lime juice.
- Water, as needed
Paneer tikka wrap recipe
- In a mixing dish, combine the yogurt, spices, ginger, garlic, and salt.
- Stir the paneer, peppers, and onions into the yogurt. Allow marinating overnight or for 1-3 hours.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil on a griddle or big pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the marinated paneer mixture in a single layer in your skillet. Continue to heat until the paneer’s edges are crisp. Continue to heat until the paneer is slightly browned on both sides.
- Remove the paneer from heat, sprinkle with melted butter, and thoroughly incorporate. Top with a teaspoon of chaat masala powder, lemon juice, and fresh cilantro.
- Serve with cilantro-mint chutney and yogurt on a paratha.
